FOF had introduced a new visual identity and needed it translated into a digital platform that could handle a large and diverse course catalogue.

The challenge wasn’t just branding. It was structure.
Users needed to find relevant courses quickly, compare options, and move confidently toward sign-up, while the platform also had to support internal teams working more digitally.

I was responsible for UX and UI across the platform.

That meant structuring the course architecture, defining user flows, and translating the new brand into a scalable, digital-first system. Course overviews and detail pages were designed for clarity and comparison, with strong hierarchy and minimal friction in the sign-up flow.
I worked closely with internal stakeholders to align user needs with business goals, ensuring design decisions supported both learning and sales.

The result:
  • 67% year-over-year growth in orders
  • 89% increase in revenue
  • 41% end-to-end conversion rate
  • 60,931 visitors during the measured period

Fun fact:
To reduce the workload on the editors, we automated the colors. So each image selects the closest matching color and uses the closest color palette. Keeping everything playful.
